WHY $#!+ SO CRAZY?
at Bloomsbury Theatre
29 - 31 July 2010

'There's no one out there like Reggie Watts.  Reggie covers everything from ancient history and racism to pop-culture, in a heady mix of improvised music, comedy and social insight. This guy has to be seen to be believed. Truly awesome!'
Time Out

US comedian/ musician Reggie Watts is a staple of the international comedy and performance scene. Reggie’s improvised sets are created on-the-spot using only his voice and a looping machine. No two songs are ever the same.

Reggie is touring the US with Conan O’Brien before heading to the Bloomsbury Theatre for his long anticipated follow-up to last year’s sold out run at Soho Theatre. This show will be an entirely original hour of work based on his upcoming CD/DVD Why $#!+ So Crazy which will be available on Comedy Central Records from 18 May.

'A vocal maestro'

***** Time Out, Sydney

'Reggie Watts is a most unusual talent: a huge vocal range, a natural musicality, and a sidesplitting wit. Is he a comedian? A singer? A performance artist? I've seen him a few times since then and I still can't decide. Whatever, he ain't like nobody else'
Brian Eno

'Sublimely silly, and sometimes quite simply sublime... Awesome'
**** The Telegraph

'Had me crying with laughter... Surely this act will fill stadiums... For now though, get a glimpse of this comedy gem up close'
**** Evening Standard
