Launch Pad is designed to identify and nurture emerging writers, to help writers develop their work in a flexible and process-oriented environment, and to provide audiences and industry with a first look at the freshest new plays. Writers work on their script with a director and actors over three days, culminating in a performed reading to an audience at the end of day three.
